General Warranty Terms:
Warranty coverage extends to manufacturing defects that occur within the specified warranty period.
The warranty for our products is provided directly by the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor. As the reseller, Xtra Computers is not liable for any defects that arise after a product has been sold in fully functional condition.
For products where a "Warranty Card Issued" is mentioned on your invoice, it is crucial to ensure you receive this card at the time of purchase. Our customer support will require this card to process any warranty claims.
The original purchase invoice is mandatory for all warranty claims. Claims submitted without the original invoice may be declined.
Important Warranty Conditions:
We strongly advise you to thoroughly inspect your product for any visible defects before leaving our store or upon receiving your online order. The warranty period commences from the date the invoice is generated. Any issues reported after this point will be treated as a standard warranty claim.
Please be aware that the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor reserves the right to reject warranty claims if the product or any of its components:
- Exhibit signs of breakage, burning, or rust due to environmental factors.
- Are submitted for a claim in poor physical condition or without proper original protective packaging.
- Have a warranty sticker or serial number that has been damaged or tampered with.
- It is important to note that accidental damage, damage resulting from electrical surges, and any software-related issues are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage.
- Additionally, consumable items such as power adapters, cables, printer cartridges, toners, and other supplementary accessories are not covered under our warranty policy.
Warranty Claim Process:
- In the event that your warranty claim is approved, the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor will, at their sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective product.
- The processing time for warranty claims can typically range from 3 to 6 weeks.
- If a product is discontinued by the manufacturer, they may offer an upgrade to a newer model, which may involve an additional cost to the customer. Should the customer decline the upgrade, a partial refund may be issued based on the manufacturer's policy.
- Certain products may be subject to a Limited Warranty, where the first year of service is provided free of charge, and any subsequent years of warranty service require a paid fee.
Special Warranty Cases:
- International Warranty: For products with international warranties, customers are responsible for registering the product directly with the manufacturer and managing any claims through their international warranty service channels.
- Used Hardware: All used hardware sold by Xtra Computers comes with a checking warranty only. Customers are required to thoroughly inspect the product at the time of purchase, as no further warranty is provided beyond this initial inspection period.
- PC Warranty: The warranty on assembled PCs purchased from Xtra Computers will be void if the PC case is opened or any internal components are added or removed without prior written approval from our authorized service center.
- LCDs/LEDs: Please note that our warranty policy does not cover screen defects such as dead pixels or dots on LCD or LED displays.

At Xtra Computers, we are committed to providing you with high-quality computer parts and accessories. To ensure a smooth and fair process, please carefully review our return policy before making a purchase:
Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns only under the following strict conditions:
The item must be returned within 3 days from the original purchase date, as indicated on your invoice.
The product must be strictly sealed, unopened, and remain in its original, undamaged packaging.
We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or show any signs of damage.
Non-Returnable Items:
- The following categories of items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed. Once the original packaging is broken, the item is considered sold and cannot be returned.
- Backordered items that were specifically requested as part of a customer order. These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process:
- If you believe your purchase meets the strict eligibility criteria for a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and valid proof of purchase (original invoice).
- If your return request is approved based on our policy, you will receive detailed instructions on how to securely ship the item back to us.

Refunds:
Once we receive the returned item and our team conducts a thorough inspection to ensure it meets all the conditions of our return policy (strictly sealed, unopened, original packaging), we will process a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will be issued only if the returned item fully complies with our return conditions. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
